”Phenomenal place to stay quiet and private ”

”The staff was helpful at all times. The only minor issue I had was that the electronic locks to the front door and my room door sometimes took several tries to open, which was a little frustrating but not a big issue ”

”They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.”

”Cool lobby and bar. A small continental breakfast would be a nice touch.”

”Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend.”

”I don't know where to start with this. It was so many things wrong with this property with the amount of money spent. I think my my biggest complaint is the young lady at the front desk and I didn't have any wash cloths or towels in my room. ”

”My guest and I arrived at check-in and were told our room was not ready. The lady at the desk was not sympathetic to the situation and seemed not to care about the inconvenience. Was told she would call when the room was ready, and after 1.5 hours, we had not heard anything and decided to return to the property, only to find out from a different employee that our room was ready. The room was dirty. There were dirty sheets stuffed in the drawers. There was stuff on the walls. Our toilet tissues...

”Due to road closures we were unable to get to the hotel valet parking. Tried to call the hotel 3 times to find out how they preferred us to get to the hotel. No one would answer the phone. We were able to get to the Sheraton and ask for directions. The staff at the Sheraton were awesome. They told us where to go. A valet for the Westin was suppose to meet us at the entrance of the parking garage but never showed so we drove around the parking structure until we saw the entrance to the Westin....

”Clean room, courteous staff, fine for the price. It is close to expressway so if traffic noise bothers you probably not the spot for you.”

”Unfortunately we were not able to get any food the kitchen was closed after we returned from the concert and there was no microwave in the room.”

”By far my favorite place I have ever stayed! Such a beautiful and inviting space and I’m so glad I came across Tree House. ”

”This was our first time visiting the state of Alabama, we came down to visit Alabama state. Debra, Dakita and the kitchen staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make sure that our check in was prompt and smooth. They were very professional, courteous friendly and knowledgeable of the Marriott. They set up my rewards account. Now the breakfast was southern comfort food, the kitchen staff, I have no words and I mean that, he was so pleasant and such a delight to my morning.”

”This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!”

”Room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Shower did not work. We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. The seats were pulled all the way forward and all driver settings had been erased. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!”
