If you want something budget that’s an absolute cheap hole by all means ! But I won’t be ever again!
Firstly the ring door bell is broken…. You walk in to be greeted with a lovely bar area but the rest is a dive! Even the remote didn’t have a back and tv only worked on selected channels
Staff were blunt and not really accommodating. weird you didn’t get your key in a key card considering it’s suppose to be a great western hotel.
On arriving in our room we didn’t need to even look around found lots of issues. Shame work men have to be so loud at 5am in the morning and have no consideration for others and shout up and down the corridor
You really need to re do your rooms or simply sort them out properly! Bar area seemed to be more important than the rooms…. Lift is out of use so if you’re having limited mobility it’s a joke…. Plastic spoon for your tea and coffee
Dare not use the water coming out of the tap as it had a brown tinge to it
Our room lock didn’t even work don’t waste your money or time on this place
I don’t know how you can run a business take money of genuine people and call it a hotel 🏨 must be so proud of yourselves
