”Room which I stayed was clean enough but difficult to move around due to infrastructure and size (single adult).
Staff were courteous and very helpful.
No issues with parking. Many shops and food places nearby.

”The Genting was always a favourite stopover when traveling through England as it breaks up the trip from London to Yorkshire. The hotel is still quite nice compared to others in the area but doesn’t seem to have been maintained to the high standards it once was.
The spa experience was still great, however the outdoor spa was not working and I had to share the pool experience with the cleaning crew at 7am.
The building that it shares has some challenges with managing the smell from the bins and...
