âA very pleasant stay in the hearth of the city. The room was lovely plus a kitchenette was a life saver during the trip. Morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very, very welcoming. All in all it was an excellent trip and for sure I would choose this hotel again when Iâm coming back to Birmingham.â

âFrom the moment we stepped in to the gorgeous hotel building, we were greeted by incredibly warm and friendly staff.
The hotel lobby is beautiful, and perfectly suits the "Grand" part to their name, and when we saw our room, it was spacious, clean, really love and comfortable, and the bed was so soft and it was incredibly easy to just drop off on both nights of our stay.
The Madeleine bar was exquisite and classy, but we couldn't help but be blown away by the classic style to Isaac's. Staff...

âExcellent location when arriving by train. Aparthotel was nice, rooms in good condition. Lots of construction areas but no noise to rooms (surprise)!!!

âThe location of this hotel is its biggest asset. It was close enough to walk to most things but far enough away to not feel congested. Very close to train stations. A small grocery store right next door. The room was clean and spacious. â

Very busy on a Saturday.
Security at night - gentleman-was a very nice, friendly doorman. Credit to hotel.
Bar/waiting staff in the afternoon were extremely busy but were very professional and calm all the way through service. Credit to the hotel.
Decor was stunning, the outside as it turns dark especially. Picture perfect.
There is a lot of effort taken to keep this hotel/bar/restaurant to the standard it is. â

âGood location, walking distance from the city centre and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Basic clean and condition. Thin walls could hear everything. We chose compact room but didnât expect it to be so compact that you can shower sitting on the toiletđ there was no room for luggage and not even a hook to hang hand towels. The air conditioning was blowing straight to bed so couldnât keep it on and the room got really hot. They send us a message in advance about being green and we could choose not...
