The host was very prompt in communication prior to and while at the property. There was a gas smell in the house as we arrived and found one of the oven burners were slightly on. We were able to air the house out and the owner responded immediately on action to take. There were 3 couples in our party and feedback was the beds were comfortable and each individual bath was clean and well stocked with soft thick towels and toiletries. It is extremely rare to find a vrbo that has separate baths for each bedroom! What a find! We made breakfast and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The coffee maker had an option for a large pot or an individual cup of coffee which was very handy for our group. The first morning there was an individual outside the house that seemed to be taunting someone across the street at 7 am, but after a few minutes he seemed to calm down and disappeared. We would stay here again if we had 3 couples. There is enough room for 4 couples with a back area having a futon and half bath, they would have to share a bath.
