”I stayed in Nirvana Hotel for just a night but it was a nice little break. The lobby was very clean and welcoming, with the dining room and living room attached, both of which were nice. The room I stayed in was very tidy and had A/C that was glorious after two months of living in Kathmandu with no air conditioning. The room also had a nice little desk and seating area. The TV had some english stations, which was something other places I stayed in did not have. The mattress was a spring mattress...

”Best service in a super location in Kathmandu in the Boudha area. Their team provides with first class super friendly service and the price is unbeatable. ”

”The hotel advertised a swimming pool, but this is not operational. Hopefully they adjust their advertising to reflect reality. I was offered nothing in lieu of this, which was a bit surprising. The room was very nice and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant was fine. The shower head was broken in the bathroom, but other fixtures were functioning. Maybe focus less on robots and more on ensuring that the services are in place? ”

”The service was very good, everyone was friendly, maybe too friendly till the front staff came and explain everything what’s the function everything in the room including, what is the phone, paper and pen, meanwhile I was exhausted already when I got to hotel. However, I understand and appreciate that they wanna provide the good service. Couldn’t sleep well cause the air conditioner wasn’t blew the cold air which was debunked by the front staff too, and the air conditioner kept shutting off...

”Starting from Aisingh manager to restaurant and front desk crew like Arun, Bibita and Pratibha made us feel like important guest! Food at Zaika restaurant was excellent! Only thing you should consider lowing cost of laundry service and beer price! It's outrageous!!! Trust me being a researcher myself I think more people will come to your location if you keep those prices low...”

”Das Hotel liegt in guter Entfernung zur Stupa, aber leider ist direkt davor eine Baustelle, auf der fast durchgehend gebaut wird, es ist furchtbar laut. Auch nach hinten raus ist es sehr laut, da dort eine Küche oder irgendsowas ist. Schlaf war nicht so dolle. Das mit dem Frühstück hat morgens auch nicht geklappt. Schade! ”
