The local area gives you the feeling of local life in Kathmandu. Many local food sites and places of interest. The most important aspect of the property is the staff. They make your stay. I highly recommend the property. . ”

”We stayed at the Shambala for 5 days. The staff was very helpful and assisted us whenever we needed help. Rooms were cleaned daily! We ate many meals here( breakfast daily) and felt food was safe for an American stomach. Very respectful staff, always bowed with a Namaste every time we encountered them! Yes we recommend!!”

They serve a complementary standard buffet breakfast. They also have a restaurant with a bar for basic lunch and dinner. My family never felt bored staying at the hotel. ”

Only thing you should consider lowing cost of laundry service and beer price! It's outrageous!!! Trust me being a researcher myself I think more people will come to your location if you keep those prices low...”

”Nice hotel that is close to Boudha Stupa which has good restaurants and tourist shops. The hotek had a good restaurant for lunch and dinner and drinks but breakfast is buffet but not kept hot. Mostly Asian style breakfast foods. That was the only negative. The room was clean and spacious and lobby is nicely decorated as is the pool and courtyard areas. Quite comfortable.”
