”Very clean and comfortable”

”The food was excellent - both breakfast and evening meal. Full fresh cooked breakfast included in the cost of the room. Proper Americano coffee served at no extra cost with breakfast! I had a glass of champagne with the evening meal and it was chilled, bubbly and perfect. ”

”I had a very pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the comfort and service provided. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and clearly lives up to its rating. The room was nicely arranged, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One small thing I did miss was having complimentary water bottles in the room, as this is something I’ve usually found helpful during my stays elsewhere. Additionally, a slight improvement could be made in the cleanliness just outside the building....

”Property was as expected. Parking was plentiful, room was clean, food was good. Stayed here with my 85 year old mother-in-law who has mobility issues and is dairy, wheat and gluten free. Food was a little limited and the lack of a non dairy spread at breakfast was a surprise. however the staff went out of their way to accommodate her and as this was her first time in any hotel she loved it.”

”I stay away around 200 nights a year and this place is ok. Comfy bed Nice properly, but the staff are just woefully inept at hosting, I wasn’t offered an evening meal or breakfast. The bar staff are quite possibly the least friendly robots one can imagine. Then there is the traffic outside the rooms, staying on the ground floor close to bins, the bottle emptying goes on until 11pm and then the bin truck arrives 6 hours later in the early hours for recycling.. then you have to deal with the...

”This was a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and also a welcome gift which was very well received. The room was great, a good size, clean and well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous. The Manor House is beautiful. The golf course was good and well maintained. The food was good, we had a nice breakfast and paid for lunch in the bar. The hotel has multiple games including table tennis, table football, pool and arcade games, space invaders,...

”I’ve stayed here 3 times before. The staff are excellent everytime. For some reason everytime I come I get the loudest rooms looking onto walls or roofs, whereas people I’m travelling with get balconies & views onto the courtyard. On this particular stay my room was next to a huge machine that was left on all night. It was incredibly loud & was hard to fall asleep. (To be fair I didn’t mention this to them at the time as it was 11pm & I had an early wake up the next day, so i’m unsure if they...

”This hotel is fine as long as you are not put on the second floor which is right above the 24 hour gym they have in the hotel. You will hear everything loud music to running machines etc, the staff seem to know it is an issue but it seems the hotel do not want to fix it. The first night I got very little sleep and they could not move on the second night I got moved to another floor and it was fine”
