”Nice staff, good price, clean rooms”

”Every thing was great , front end staff very nice. Only problem was the cleaning staff the morning we departed out of room 213. She was at the door and we was telling her the person that had the room prior to our stay left a women’s top. She wouldn’t listen only said, in English. I don’t speak English. Really??? Service staff should be required to know English . What if I was having a heart attack??? Could she help me then? She just walked away . ”

”Not a lot of outlets to charge your phone, which you will need your box to plug in as they don't have the USB option. If you bring a computer and need to charge it, may have to unplug the microwave to use that outlet, or have to put it on one side of the bed; which was where the 4 outlets where. Toilet in bathroom was very low to the floor. Ceiling tile in bathroom close to shower had water spot, so must have been a leak at some point. Otherwise it was a good place to lay your head. ”Expedia really messed up the reservation. Took a long time for clerk to help figure how Expedia didn’t change the reservation, left me booked for wrong date. Hampton showed me as a no show and couldn’t find new booking. Luckily I had email showing correct date and I got a room, because they were totally booked ”

”Parking was easy, check in took awhile but we were there during a baseball tournament so the hotel was sold out. We liked that we could fit all 5 of us in one room. The room was spacious and had plenty of plugs for charging devices including USB -A and USB-C ports. Breakfast was ok. There is not a large area in the lobby to hang out. ”

”I stood here for work and the front desk staff is extremely nice and helpful. The beds are comfy and the room was clean. The only complaint I have is the bathroom was not very clean. I had to buy a scrubber, Clorox and a bath mat and clean it really good prior to taking a shower or using. Aside from that everything else was clean and it's a good place to stay.”

”The hotel was not clean, our room was not clean. Our view was filthy. No pool which is why we picked your facility!”

”Staff was great! Locks on doors were a problem. I hated asking for help with them so many times. I needed a low price place that was quiet enough for my very rural dog. It worked okay. My dog really didn't like Denver this year, LaCrosse was perfect and better than Ellis for him.”
