”Very well maintained property. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Large refrigerator, large microwave and electric stove. Quality of furnishings and bedding is decent for the price range. Only thing missing were basic kitchen utensils in a room with kitchenette, which mostly travelers won't be carrying with them. A simple saucepan and frypan would have helped. But really decent place to stay with family. Will stay again on visit to Colorado Springs.”

”The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off...

”The room was very spacious and well organized. Jadin at the front desk was very helpful explaining the Hilton honor program. He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. This a awesome staff”

”Place was great especially for the price! However some things like the doors were run down when I put my card I had to go downstairs to ask why the door wouldn’t open in which they told me I had to flip the handle up instead of down first and to pull the door before inserting my key card. I also had a struggle getting into the hotel from other exterior doors with my key card as it wouldn’t read it properly.”

”We booked 2 queen bedroom property and we were given only 1 king bed in the room. Upon checking with the hotel staff they said they don't reserve or hold the rooms if the booking is made via expedia which is a 3rd party to them.”
