The room was immaculate. The toiletries were world class. The linens smelled fresh. All in all it was a great experience and definitely a repeat!

I booked this stay for the amenities, mainly the spa and rooftop hot tub but when i got there, it was lightly snowing and the hot tub was closed due to a light snow storm. I was shocked as multiple friends of mine have enjoyed the hot tub while it was snowing and they all recommended it. The roofing bar was also closed so there was nowhere to enjoy the awesome views, except for the indoor pool area that was swarming with small children. I also was not notified until i arrived that the spa amenities are only available Monday thru Thursday, unless you book a massage or facial, which was not possible because everything was booked up. I payed almost $700 just for 2 nights and didn't get to enjoy any of the main attractions for this property. I do not recommended this property.

I want to apologize that you were unable to access the hotel tubs and fire pits on the balcony. We strive to ensure every amenity is operational and on occasion we have to close those due to weather and for our guests safety. Our spa does fill up fast with appointments and because they are at full capacity on the weekends it is unavailable for us to offer day passes. We do hope you give us another opportunity and you have the ability to enjoy the many amenities we offer. Your resort fees have been refunded for the inconvenience of not being able to utilize our amenities during this stay. The rooms and the spa were the best part of this property. All food and beverages on the property where the quality of Denny's. I don't care if you ate at Mariposa or got coffee from their imitation starbucks. It was all garbage and quality of Denny's.

We arrived 30 minutes after the 4 pm check in only to learn that our room would not be ready for 2 hours. That was disappointing. The delay cut into our relax time. Our check out time still stayed the same.

This place was like the cheese you left in then back of the fridge and found years later. so many hoops to jump through to get a room. There is never enough time or money require to check into a room that you literally only get to use for 20hrs at most as check in time is 4 and you have to leave by noon

I like the fact the hotel, for safety measures you have to use your room key to go almost anywhere. The hotel room was nice and clean and the staff where all friendly!

The TV was glitching the entire time. The AC would not cool the room to what we set it to at all. Went up early and was told would get text when room was ready. Never got text and when we inquired around check in time, the girl said , oh yes- its been ready..other than those things new and clean and OK stay. Very expensive food and room charges.

Rooms do not cool down to desired temp. There is no way to lock room restrooms . Also not all Casino floor bathrooms have a lock capability.
