”Great staff!”

”Needs updating! TV was from the 1980's and no cable. But, was dog friendly and owner was helpful when needed. ”

”The front desk person was so friendly, polite. Answered all my questions. The room was dirty, the bathroom mirror was filthy. I thought it may be stained so I grabbed a tissue to wipe it and the dirt came off. The front staff was so kind saying there was breakfast and to please help myself but I could not eat the were knowing how dirty the bathroom was. ”

”There were bugs in our room, bugs in the pool & the hot tub. I tried to tell the front desk, but he was hanging out with a kid and some women in the lobby, & the bugs were already there”

”We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This...

”Very nice staff and great room ”

”Although the reception was friendly I feel she could have done more. When we ask for more blankets she said she only had one left. I was shocked to hear this. I asked if this was the case of one extra blanket for room and she said no. That she only had one blanket left and that’s all. The hotel overall was old and broken and dirty. Room felt stuffy and it had a bad odor. The shower was extremely hard to turn on. We left and got a new hotel reservation. We couldn’t stay there any longer. ”

”The property is definitely under a remodel right now but that is not shown on their website or Expedia. The pool is closed, multiple floors are closed and have plastic hung including right at the front lobby. Breakfast was minimal to say the least. We had to grab breakfast somewhere else. We have stayed here before but won't be again.”

”Room was great for our trip. Ground floor pets. Easy in and out for check in and out. Front desk staff was kind, informative and quick. The indoor pool wasn't the warmest but it's shape and style was very unique. Free on site laundry with nice washers and dryers was incredibly helpful after our long trip. AC could use an upgrade and filter needed replaced. Still worked well enough though. The little quirks were cute; colored trash bags, shapes and style of furniture. In the front office there...

”We loved this stay. The staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel had only been open two days after being closed for the season. It was clean, the breakfast room was wonderful as was the food.y only regret was that I didn’t bring a bathing suit. The pool looked fantastic and very clean. I would recommend you staying here. And it’s so close to all the great attractions”
