I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

”Location is great. While apt looks fairly recently renovated, housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom fan was broken; the mold and cigarette smoke smell was strong. The bedroom floor was covered with hair. There was no soap in any of three dispensers. Only one kitchen chair. While maintenance was responsive, they could not replace the fan during our stay. The manager did not respond to my text or email. ”

”Bathroom garbage hadn’t been emptied and the mattress was very uncomfortable. There was also another guest that couldn’t get into his room or contact anyone. I helped him check, but he hadn’t been given the code. Otherwise was nice and clean.”
