Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if...

The hotel building is in need of some TLC though, threadbare/frayed stair carpets, the chair in our room needed reupholstering, paint work, woodwork & door frames particularly at suitcase height were bashed & chipped. The overall impression is good though - clean & pleasant smelling, but on closer inspection it is tired & needs refreshing.”

”Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. ”

”The hotel was right next to the train station, so very convenient as a base for travelling in the area as we did. The city is so small that the walk to the bus station (where buses to e.g. the gower peninsula leave), the quadrant shopping centre or the restaurant cluster is no problem. There are a few small convenience stores close to the hotel, which were open til late, and the 24h tesco (not sundays) was also within walking distance. Overall a nice and clean base.”
