The smell coming in is not very pleasant and location didn’t feel safe and won’t check u after 2000 no other way

Great time
We had only one night at Foxhall village hotel but my partner and i had a wonderful night sleep and thd saff experience was grwat friendly and very accomodating

Had a really good stay me my husband 3 older teenagers and the rooms were basic but we knew that before staying,,i have to say the mattress was perfect with me having back problems i always struggle with sleeping but not here i had good nights sleep so have to say i would definitely stay again as close enough to walk to everywhere,,its a shame there wasnt any breakfast as it did say continental breakfast included but wasnt any ,, overall basic comfortable stay and actually would stay again thankyou Tina again

This property has never seen a cleaner, the bed sheets smelled of the last person who used the room, the shower matt was damp and dirty. No free breakfast, the matresses are old and you can feel every spring. Wont be returning but the owner was pleasent enough just very slothen. Also the hotel IS NOT on the sea front...it is 2 streets back.

Pleasant stay in a central location
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception was friendly on arrival. My room was pretty big for a single room. It was clean and comfortable. My room had lino on the floor instead of carpet, which I didn't like.

Booked online i would hae turned round and walked out otherwise ...Dated tired and dirty hotel ...uncomfortable beds ..tiny room..smelt of dogs and damp throughout ...on arrival to hotel was asked do you like tea or coffee ? I replied coffee ..owner pulled out tea bags of the mugs and left the coffee sachets in ...no towels in room ..asked for towels ..provided with 2 brown threadbare towels ( yuck) ..yellow nets in the room and plastic bits ( rubbish) on floor ..not cleaned properly ..a huge alsatian that wouldnt stop barking aggresively when anybody passed reception ..this hotel really spoilt our day ..for £100 a night family room with no breakfast ( I wouldnt eat there anyway) I think is not fair price ...take my advicd avoid

A Hidden Gem
I actually fount this guest house very good indeed. The owners were extremely welcoming to me which was great. My room was very comfy too, excellent view of Blackpool Tower from room window. Hotel in excellent location to all attractions and transport.

Nightmare Guest House
I have stayed in a lot of Hotels and Guest Houses and this one was the worse one when entering in the front door there was a horrible smell in the room there was flies coming into the room me and my daughter got bitten by flies the drawer curtains smelted and the net curtains was ripped we could not open the windows. WiFi was very poor and the owner turned it off in the middle of the week. Therefore I will not be going back there again.

Good value room for a central location. Had a speedy check in. Nothing to fault in the room. Don't know why people moan about this B&B. Its basic because you are paying a basic rate. Don't expect a silver tea service in your room - it's a mug with a few tea bags, and there's no chance of a fry-up breakfast included, those things are available in numerous other BPL establishments if you pay £10 - £20 a night more.

The property was smelling of dogs , dogs barking at 6 am , bathrooms were filthy , no toilet rolls, the headboard was broken on arrival , no tea or coffee in room or cups just a kettle, paid for breakfast was told tgey dont do it ,

Location was OK. hairs in the sink don’t have much hair myself. The owner has dogs. I love dogs myself but smelled bad could’ve easily be mask. But the old saying you pay for what you get. 🙈😔

No coffee tea facilities cold shower expedia advertised as bed and contnental breakfast proprietor said that it can be included i dont think she could be bothered . Shed said oh it not included if id known id have booked another .

Much better than expected, comfy room, well decorated, good bed, table and washbasin. Tea making facilities. Slept well, very quiet, no external noise. Hope to stay longer next time.

Was worried after reading reviews after we had already booked. Honesty the things that people wrote were very concerning, however nothing that i had read did we experience during our stay. We are a family of 6 so cost is everything and we wasnt expecting the world just a bed to sleep in. It was a family room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. Perfect to fit us all in for the night. Owner was very friendly with us all we turned up early as was allowed in. Room was nice, clean but nothing fancy which is fine. Beds were comfy and i suffer back issues and i had a great sleep. Was peacefull and no outside noise. Only downside was its in need of blackout curtains as woke bery early due to this. Went to get breakfast and was told we didn't order any, however this wasn't mentioned upon check in. After a short conversation the owner agreed to cook us some freshly baked croissants and pastrys along with cerals. Came back an hour later and everyone was happy. I do think this could habe been mentioned so its worth bookong breakfast at check in..i did find that alpt of the reviews left were quite personal and unnecessary tbh. Whilst i understand that there meybe issues with her person room and things. Its just that. Person and guests arent allowed in. All parts open to guests were clean, no horrid smells and the owners were friendly. Remember guys you get what you pay for. If you want luxury then pay for it. If feel that it was perfect for what we needed.

Wether excellent. Owners very helpfull. Easy check in/out. Room was clean and comfortable. Brewing facilities and tv in room. Spent most of the time out and about. Close to all amenities. The time in the hotel was welcoming and owners were respectful. To me it was good value for money Would recommend it and stay again
