”Had a lovely stay, room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. Some cooked food was not available but we had a late breakfast, that was my only quibble. Thanks.”

”A good breakfast cooked to order during the week. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar inviting well stocked with a good bar menue. ”

”We have stayed here before and it was perfect. Unfortunately this time round it wasn't. The room was cold. We put the heating on which was switched off at some point during the night. Leading to me having excruciating pain. Then there was a huge amount of noise through the night above and at the side of us. I think we were place next to staff quarters or where they do work in the hotel. Didn't sleep at all and it was frustrating. But the Spa was amazing and Anastasia was brilliant.”

”The receptionist who checked me in, didn’t inform me about the hotel facilities,what time is the breakfast ,where is restaurant itp.Very disappointed ”

”Room was filthy, dirt on floor. Towels were dirty. No staff around to complain too. No coffee or tea in room either! Definitely not family friendly. I was staying alone and would not recommend ”

”Lähellä terminaalia 2, kohtuullisen matkan päässä muistakin. Perus lentokenttähotelli, aamupala oli kyllä niukka vaihtoehtojen osalta.”

”Good breakfast, for a reasonable price. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, plenty of tea and coffee and a beautifully cooked breakfast. Clean and spacious room, with a good power shower. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. ”

”Rooms very clean & fresh; the Cleaners should be highly recommended; however, some of the general staff both in reception & restaurant needed a bit of training especially in customer service. I should say though George from the restaurant was very helpful. Directions to the pool & facilities were a bit hard to manoeuvre. ”

”The breakfast was not a buffet but freshly made tomorrow from the kitchen which was wonderful and it was great. Did not use the pool . The bathroom is a cramped and would be for two adults. Parking is also not free so something to bare in mind.”
