”Excellent stay at the Briarcroft Hotel. We needed a place near the wedding venue we attended and this was right on the doorstep. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were very attentive when needed. The continental breakfast was very nice, orange juice, cereal, toast. Parking right outside the hotel. ”The location was excellent for our visit to Breighton 1940s weekend, only 12 minutes away. The cottage was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good quality and presented well. Only problem was the wine on the second night was not very nice but the waitress changed it for us without question and this is something that can happen so not a big problem and did not spoil the weekend. Great that you can park outside the cottage safely.”

”The Club Room is very large, but the bed is a small double, it was tiny. You feel every movement. Perhaps should be listed as a room for one. The shower area is full of black mould, with the bathroom floor being full of long hairs. The rooms have no AC, and are incredibly hot. We were provided a really dusty fan & windows that only opened around 1 inch so no breeze. You can also hear every noise in the corridor, doors banging at 1am with people coming back from partying downstairs....
