âSuper quiet location, rooms were beautifully done and recently refurbished. Very much liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and super comfy bed.
The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. Overall a gem of a hotel and ideal for quiet break to relax and refresh. â

âI have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is by far the best, helpful, friendly and professional staff, room spotless as expected. The facilities were also very nice, the spa and restaurant were exceptional. But the biggest thing is the historic building itself, what a place, will !00% be returning when we need a country escape!â
