”Terrible! When I arrived I was told that my booking didn’t exist and I would have to pay for a new one… even though I paid Expedia. Then I was informed that they don’t do bookings for longer than 2 days anyway. Plus Expedia are now refusing to refund me since I had to pay for a different hotel. Terrible from the hotel and even worse from Expedia. ”

”Comfortable rooms and staff were all great. Excellent breakfast too.
We may have been unlucky but there were a number of events over the weekend we stayed so it was pretty noisy as there is an outside events area - also lots of noisy guests and door slamming! Not the hotels fault though and it’s a decent hotel and not to bad an area.
Not enough outside space though in my opinion ”

”It was so lovely to stay again in New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven. My last stay was in 2019 and was so good that I made sure I was booked in for my latest stay in Delhi. The staff were so helpful and friendly and were happy to arrange reasonably priced transportation to and from the airport. They also helped us with sight seeing transport. ”Pros:
The in hotel restaurant was good, clean, anf cheap.
The rooms were clean and the staff incredibly friendly.
Incredibly easy to book transport.
Cons: cant order food to your room from outside sources.
Outside can be loud (but thats everywhere in the city, not the fault of the hotel.)
Cant have friends or guests inside the room.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

”The location is quite shady, but this is Delhi. Quite close to New Delhi railway station, but on the other side of the tracks than the metro station.
A/C worked just a couple of random hours per day.
There were a lot of hand prints on the walls, some might have even been blood :D
The water pressure of the shower was ridiculously small and hot water didn't always exist.
So, don't book this hotel if you're planning to do anything else than just sleep in it. And in that case, bring ear plugs.”
