”From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. As soon as I went inside the room, it was dirty, sheets not changed and very bad smell in the room. Poor guard helped me to change the sheets even though it’s not his job. The staff member were really disrespectful towards the poor security guard. The way they...

”Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work.
Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage.
Frustrated with above, I just left the place without checking in and...

”A terrible, terrible experience. This is a big scam. The pictures of the hotel are not from this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they told me I had to wait before I could enter the room, that because they were filling holes in the wall, and trying to put the sockets back in the wall. When we finally get the room, it has not been washed. We found trash under the bed, urine on and around the toilet, and residue of feces in the toilet. The bathroom window could not be closed, so they had just...

”Facilities very fine, restaurants good. Rooftop terrace and restaurant very much recommended. Once Supreme Court ban of liquor sale get cancelled, quite active night club also in the premises. Cheap and really great food available in buzzling colony just next to hotel. Car service good, but way overpriced, Spa and massage staff behavior unfortunately below average. Nice pool. Cost- effective rooms, but shows in service prices...”

”The rooms were very clean, exactly like in the pictures. Items like dental kit, water, loofa, snacks are complementary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay for a good price. Just, mind that it says that shuttle from the airport is available and it’s not… I tried messaging and got no answer so, called and asked about it and they said that they didn’t provide that service. Other than that, it was all according to description ”

”Todellinen viiden tähden hotelli !
Sopii mainiosti avioparille.
Virkistävä keidas 1/2 vuoden Intian matkamme päätteeksi.
Lähtöselvityksessä ei automaattisesti huomioitu jo maksettua yöpymismaksua (maksoin Hotels.com'n varauksen yhteydessä) vaan laskutettiin toiseen kertaan, jonka ylimääräisen maksun hotelli kuitenkin palautti minulle nopeasti kun selvitin asian Suomesta käsin.”
