”Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla lähellä päärautatieasema. Alue vaikutti rauhalliselta.

”I would have otherwise definitely given 4–5 stars, but in my opinion it was completely unacceptable to directly ask the customer for a 10% tip on top of the room rate. I travel a lot, and this has never happened anywhere in the world before. It left a really bad impression because of this. The hotel itself was very clean and just a few minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale railway station. If you don’t mind being asked to pay a 10% tip on top of the room rate at checkout, I can recommend the...

”This was one of the better medium priced hotels I stayed at in Europe. The room was much bigger than most, there was actually some floor space and it was not claustrophobic like so many over there. The staff is superb , very helpful. The location was good for us as we were there to attend a concert at a club nearby. But otherwise it is not the best location for access to tourist sites and bars and restaurants.”

”We arrived in Milan by plane with two days to wander and get over jet lag. Palazzo Cornalia was well located near the train station is a comfortable safe neighborhood. We found it to be very well decorated and clean. Very friendly staff was helpful. Highly recommended.”

”Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location near the train station. Only negative was that you could hear what people were talking in rooms next to you. Very thin walls.”

”My bad experience with this hotel actually started a week before our arrival. I didn't receive a response to my messages, requests or questions that I sent through hotels.com. We didn't feel welcome at any point, the service was simply nonexistent, the staff didn't even greet us. When we arrived at our "junior suite" the situation came to a head: in the middle of our quite spacious room there was an 80's treadmill - a huge gym equiment and 2 different beds were made up, even though the room was...

Aamupala maksoi 16 euroa. Aamupala oli runsas ja todella monipuolinen. Aamuisin siivojat tai muut hotellivieraat pitivät meteliä, johon heräsi noin 8 aikaan. Käytävältä tuleva meteli...

”The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well located, and overall we liked the property. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise at night. Our apartment faced the train/tram line directly outside the windows, and it ran throughout the night, making it extremely loud and very difficult to sleep. For such an otherwise comfortable apartment, the lack of sound insulation was disappointing. I think the proximity to the tracks and potential nighttime noise should be communicated more...

”The location was fantastic, and the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. It was a little worn in places, but overall it was perfectly fine. The only major downside is that the apartment is part of a large residential building with extremely poor soundproofing. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing—from dinner parties and conversations to TVs and other everyday noise. Unfortunately, this meant we got very little sleep during the three nights we stayed there”
