”Pleasant staff. Delicious food. Quiet and restful. Enjoyed sitting out underneath the wood awning. Close to town.”

”Great spot and wonderful breakfast. A great place to stay when visiting JMU. Highly recommend!”

”I hesitate to write this because I want to keep Blacksburg Bed & Breakfast to myself. It is an absolute hidden gem! Perfect for solo travelers, families, or large groups. Spacious houses - yes, houses - offer large, comfortable kitchens, living rooms, and multi-sized rooms. The food is excellent and made to order. At $9.95/person for homemade breakfast, with large portions, it is the best deal in town. Sherie, the cook, will deliver to your room! The GM is fantastic! He gave me a personal tour...

”Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.”
