Huvilat – Blue Ridge Mountains

”Everything was in good condition and very close to the square within walking distance.”

”Host/property management interaction was very challenging. Non responsive to messages and came into a house that was 50 degrees because heat hadn’t been adjusted, even though there is a nest/remote thermostat. A lovely home otherwise. ”

”Our family loved the amazing 360 mountaintop views from this beautiful property! It's a lovely home with a rustic vibe. Every single room in the house had an incredible view. We found ourselves smiling at every turn. Whenever we had a question or a problem our host was cordial, and quick to respond. We definitely hope to be back and would definitely recommend!”

”So this home is the perfect location for a large group and right in the middle to visit wineries and the town of dahlonga ! The house was more than we expected ! We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our time there ! It would be helpful to have a few more towels for the kitchen ! But everything else was great !”

”We loved this place. Beautiful, peaceful setting, and you get to hang out with llamas and Tom, the friendliest barn cat ever. Short drive to a good brew pub/restaurant and a quiet night w/ lots of stars. Very friendly staff--I learned a lot about llamas. We decided to stay the night b/c we have a 13-year-old who loves animals, but it was way more fun than we expected for everyone. Planning to return.”

”We had a wonderful time in this incredible house. Everything was as described, and even better than we expected. (For example, we stopped at the store on the way to pick up laundry detergent, extra paper goods, etc. But they were all provided by the host!)The host was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns, and went out of her way to accommodate us.The newly renovated theater was a welcomed bonus, and we enjoyed comfortably watching as a group. We definitely were not expecting to have...

”We very much enjoyed the property. Was close to everything, which was terrific. The primary living space was ample and was our gathering spot to watch World Cup. The dining table was also sizable. The kitchen is a bit tight but it had everything we needed. The yard was great to play badminton, cornhole or to just relax under the tree or gather around the fire-pit. There was plenty of propane for the fire-pit and the grill, which was very thoughtful. The pool is small but it was nice to be...

”This was a very clean property and plenty of extra amenities like firewood for the firepit on the deck and for the firepit at the bottom of the stairs. The gas fireplace on the front porch was very nice as well as the grill very handy and of course the hot tub quite a nice addition. There were games such as board games inside and outdoor cornhole setup and bicycles.Driving distances to the grocery store and restaurants and to the athletic amenities were 10-12 minutes. The local pickleball and...

”We had two families share this house for an App football weekend and it was the perfect place only about 10-15 minutes from campus. House was very clean and comfortable with tons of entertainment whether you wanted to watch football on the big screen or chill in the hot tub. We would highly recommend!”

”Excellent condition, well-stocked, super clean, great location. If you like a softer bed, you may not love it as the bed is very firm. I would totally stay there again.”
