”The property is modern and well maintained. My room was lovely with some nice touches - a gramophone with records for background music. The staff is simply amazing. ”We had to wait for check-in for over 4 hours. They said the check-in is at 14 and that is when we came to the hotel. Suddenly they said the new check-in time is at 15 cause they dont have available rooms. We ended up waiting 4 hours to get our room after the official check-in time. There were tens of other people waiting for their room in the lobby too. And this continued our whole stay, the lobby was always full of people waiting to check in and they had no rooms available in time. Everything...

”Overall, great hotel and we will stay at the Brick again. Staff were attentive and nice. Property was clean & rooms were well maintained. Two flags to watch out for: Lower level rooms (Superior Room is what we booked) do not have windows & are inward facing which is just brutal and the room description does not specify this. Our room rate included breakfast but they tried to serve us a continental breakfast which we pushed back on and got a full a la carte breakfast for our stay. ”
