”Room was very noisy, church bells rang until very late. I asked for a quiet room! ”

”Bed was just so comfortable, staff very fresh, lots of parking spaces.”

”Room not cleaned once during my stay, it says when booking “on site restaurant “ yet they don’t serve food. Room too small, and tv couldn’t access freeview as the wifi kept buffering. Won’t book there again ”

”Room didn’t have bedside lighting which meant having find main switch at night. A bit inconvenient. Also no hairdryer on room.”

”Stayed there for a wedding and the pumps were broke so flat drinks were served all day/night, nothing was done about it and food at the wedding was served without notification so we had none.”

”The apartment was excellent. Clean, comfortable and well equiped.”

”The premises is dated and very basic but suited my last minute plans. Not the cleanest in terms of the shower room and very noisy as doors slamming in the tiny joint/communal room access area immediately outside my door awoke me. Don’t rely on the buses nearby as I waited almost an hour for a bus to the city centre and gave up in the end. No shops nearby. If you require any get it before you arrive. I won’t be staying here again. Felt a little unsafe walking to the premises in the dark so would...

”On arrival staff member (or manager) appeared complacent and somewhat uninterested. Did not show us to the room, although easy to find (not accessible for anyone with a disability - two flights of stairs - not lift). Room was spacious for two. Given it was an old-ish annexe part of the main building the windows were draughty even with what seemed like outdated secondary glazing that barely closed (room 4). ”Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. ”
