We were told we couldn’t check in as there were others waiting but they would call us when we could and to wait in the bar which is at the reception area. Others left the bar to check in and we were not called. Then people arrived and checked straight in. After this happened a couple of times, I asked if we could check in yet. We could! ”Room was booked 24hrs prior to visit. Room was great. Staff were very friendly. Locals equally welcoming. Lovely bar area with ample seating. Didnt get to enjoy breakfast due to needing to rush over to Lime Street to spend the rest of the day travelling home. However what was seen coming from the kitchen looked delicious!! ”

”Staff courteous Room very clean Only concern,No Bath Math available. I slipped un bath whilst taking shower Bruised my back. Reported to Cleaner%Reception, apparently its not deemed necessary to have one in bath at this time. ”
