”Fantastic location. Very helpful owners/property manager. Kitchen pans could do with an upgrade. Two bathroom windows wouldn’t open and the small bedroom has paint flaking from the ceiling onto to the bed. Internet connection is very slow if you need to work. None of these minor criticisms would put me off staying again.”

”The cottage is very comfortable and in a lovely position. The directions given on the agency's booking confirmation are totally inadequate and years out of date. Even in the village shop they didn't know where certain ref.points were like: follow sign for Plas and the pottery, which has long gone. It would have been helpful if we could have contacted the owners at that point, but alas we couldn't reach them. . we knew the code to get into the cottage, but finding the cottage was a nightmare and...

”This cottage is amazing. Set on the banks of the river in the beautiful village of Beddgelert, this is a great place to stay for an adventure in the Snowdonia National Park. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The living room is relaxing and the kitchen has everything you need. You’re walking distance to pubs, restaurants and coffee shops as well as several hiking trails. When it’s time to rest you can sit in the garden next to the river and listen to the water and nature. Highly recommend...

”We had a wonderful stay in Rhyd Ddu - the cottage was lovely and the location was perfect for walking. Our dog absolutely loved the garden! I was a bit concerned about the on road parking but it was absolutely fine. The tea room opposite is closed for 2024 and also up for sale (July 2024) which was a bit of a shame but the pub down the road was really nice.”

”Where to start. The only positive comment is that the holiday park that the property is situated is lovely, with good facilities. If I was the owner of the park, I wouldn't allow this cottage to be associated with it. Now for the negatives. 1. Firstly the picture shown on the website is nothing like the property looks like and should be removed. Its an old terraced cottage. That needs a lot of TLC to the front and rear of the property. 2. ”I am a widower of a certain age and I found Ty Rhiannon an ideal place to stay but it would also be ideal for a couple without mobility issues given the stairs . For me personally I could not fault the accommodation in any shape or form which is homely , tastefully decorated , fully equipped with a spacious and comfortable bedroom I would certainly recommend it and would hope to return next year .”

”A fantastic place to stay, such a peaceful retreat to escape to, which myself, my husband and our dog loved very much. The setting is very rural, rustic and idyllic, surrounded by animals, birds, forrest and beaches. Ben and Katie are lovely hosts and made use feel very welcome and comfortable.
