Plenty of space inside and a great outside entertaining area in the front and back. Laundry room onsite was very clean. Offering a beach cart, chairs and cooler was a great idea by the owner. ”The penthouse was beautiful, view was amazing (windows could use a good cleaning considering your staying in the Penthouse for the view). The communication was excellent with response time exceptional! The shower is still not draining as mentioned in another review which is not terrible but its been that way since July and fills up while showering fairly quickly, hence the 4 stars. Overall I was pleased and it did have everything we needed and was close to downtown...I would recommend if looking...

”The apartment was super clean, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers. It had everything we needed for our long weekend get-away. The best parts were its location 5 houses from the beach path and the chairs, towels and coolers available to use there. The hosts very quickly responded to all our questions. There was a minor issue but was taken care of within an hour and they were out of town! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.”
