The furniture is fabric and, after years of use, is sticky and not so clean. The kitchen was also in need of a deep clean and the utensils replaced. We recently rentedtheir beautiful condo & we were beyond pleased.The condo is clean & well equipped w/ everything you will need while vacationing on gorgeous Sanibel. We arrived @ 9 pm bc of a late flight & fortunately the condo's are well-lit. As soon as I opened my car door, I heard the ocean- that's how close they are!We stayed 2 wks & did some meals there. The kitchen has everything you will need for prep. They also have a Keurig & a drip coffee maker....
