This cosy apartment, recently renovated, is situated on the third and top floor of a building without elevator, in one of the nightlife areas of Bologna; it comes with parquet and is enriched by exposed wooden beams. The living area consists of an open plan and equipped kitchenette, fitted also with an oven and a kettle, a dining table and a double sofa bed.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a wardrobe, and boasts an ensuite modern bathroom with shower.
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is reachable with a 15-minutes drive.
