Cozy studio apartment located on the roofs of Bologna in the historic center, accessed through an external door. it's located on the 4th floor (no elevator), with a small terrace where you can enjoy relaxing moments.

The entrance opens into an open space with a double bed, sofa, table, chairs, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, kettle, moka pot) stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The studio also includes a bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower box, bidet, and hairdryer.

The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts for a worry-free stay, including autonomous heating and free Wi-Fi connection. For an impeccable welcome, we provide a personal hygiene kit, fresh linens, and toilet paper.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
