”The best thing here is the hotel staff. All are sunny smiling, friendly, polite and always ready to help in any matter, which can become to your mind. I travel often and here is the best staff I have ever met in my travels. The atmosphere is like a happy home with joyful family. Not a commercial hotel so felt very immersed with the Nairobi culture, breakfast was served with flexible times, Serah helped me with tourisy info and calling for uber.
