"Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The property looks a bit tired but the staff was pleasant and accommodating. We didn't get up for breakfast so I can't comment but we enjoyed the 11:00 checkout."

"Very nice setting. Liked deck and bird feeder. Saw deer, birds, bunnies and even a fox at one point. Owners on site but very respectful of privacy. Hot tub a nice touch. Van Buren not such a haven of fun"
