Apartment 'Giannina' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The Ca Giannina apartment in Bonassola offers 60 m² of comfort for up to 4 guests, with a beautiful view of the Ligurian Sea. The property features a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a private balcony. Guests have access to a shared terrace and enjoy proximity to the beach, the scenic Punta della Madonna trail, Salto della Lepre, and the Levanto-Framura cycling and walking path. The Cinque Terre are easily reachable. From June 15 to September 10, a free shuttle to the center is available. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Waste must be sorted. Late check-in is available for an extra fee and is not guaranteed after 11:00 pm. Upon departure, please wash the dishes and dispose of the trash. Only one set of keys is provided per unit.



The included welcome kit consists of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and soap. Kitchen towels, dishcloths, condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee), and detergents are not provided. We are not a hotel: please bring everything you need that is not listed in the property description.



In Liguria, 500 meters from the sea often means dealing with steep climbs rather than flat terrain. Before booking, please check the actual elevation you will need to cover. In Italy, the national electricity supply is limited: apartments generally have a maximum of 3KW, so we ask you not to use all appliances at the same time.
