”I organized this trip for 8 friends (ranging from 45 to 78 years old) for my 50th, and it was more about the house than the location. We wanted a pool, comfy beds, and a big enough lanai for all of us to eat. This house was a great fit. It even faced west for beautiful sunsets! Having the grocery store across the street was incredibly convenient too. The house needs a little TLC, specifically that towel hangers kept falling off the walls, drawer pulls came out, and the pool had missing...

The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. ”This property had impeccable landscaping on a beautiful canal with manatees daily and even a dolphin too! The screened lanai on both levels were so beneficial and made morning sunrise viewing such an enjoyable experience. The location cannot be beat! Daily walks to the beach were literally about 225 steps ( I counted) We were appreciative of the extra beach towels and chairs! We didn’t Find the cart and coolers until the day we wereLeaving but so much thought was certainly put in to providing...
