”Susan has a beautiful suite which s primarily over the garage. I entered through the front door, which only the guest uses, and went up to a lovely reading nook/large landing. (This is a new home so no worry about old New England stairs). ”Wonderful location to the restaurants, art galleries, and shops. Bathroom and shower are small, the steps are steep, but wonderful views, spacious living area, and comfortable king size bed. We visited past tourist season and loved the environment. One of the top restaurants in area was next door as was great little coffee shop a short walk. ”Our stay was fabulous! This 3rd floor apt was so well decorated and so clean, plus it came with a view we absolutely loved! The location, in the very heart of Boothbay Harbor, could not have been better. Little shops and great restaurants lined the streets, Our hosts, Mark and Patty could be reached in person or by text at any time. They were wonderful hosts. We rate our experience a 10 out of 10 and hope to go back!”

”My wife and i really enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we have stayed in this location and would definitely recommend this place. Its close to downtown. You can park your car when you show up and never need it till you leave. Clean and very comfortable. We were out all day and relaxed in front of the TV watching the games during the evening. My wife and i arrived earlier then expected and the host allowed us to check in early. Which was super accommodating!!! 5 ”
