The hotel is very well decorated and looks lovely! The spa is lovely, we used it 2 out of 3 days, hot tubs lovely and warm, also has a cold pool, sauna and steam room, all very good! Underwhelming. This is a very ordinary hotel, despite the hot tubs, pool and spa. The decor is vile, all dull browns with turquoise. In the âTroutbeckâ room there is a nasty trip hazard into the bathroom. A stubbed toe was annoying but a cracked skull would have been more so. Tip: if itâs not fixed ...
