For a four star hotel we would suggest that they should take care of the condition of the bathrooms: I know the towels must have been washed but there was still some old stains on the towels and the toilet seat was a little bit broken. "We were not informed the hotel was under renovation. We had rooms in floor 2 and it was full of dust and messy. It was hard to breathe even in the room. In the morning we both had terrible headache. Luckily we only had one night in the hotel. Breakfast was nice."
