”I loved the part that the bed was low enough on the floor I with being a shorter person could actually get in it. We stayed for 6 days and we did NOT have a chair in the room. We had the strait back desk chair but that was it. Very uncomfortable having to sit on the bed edge for hours. Then got VERY upset on day 3 we asked if our bathroom only coukd be freshed up and clean towels be put in. We were told no, they were not doing room cleanings during the week due to low staffing. ”Noisy from vehicles on the street. Room was okay but the door was flimsy, the shower nozzle was also flimsy. Everything was clean, just expected more for the price.”

”Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. ”

”I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...
