”Staff booked us in a room already occupied, took forever to get thst figured out at the front desk. Room was half cleaned with TV and bathroom light still on. Housekeeping came knocking at the door at 8:15am when check out isn't until 11am”

”Beautiful hotel in a great location. Fun and modern but tight quarters for four with the beds against the wall which made it less convenient when sharing a bed. No closet made for suitcases on the floor but did love all of the hanging hooks and cubbies. Rooftop hot tub was fabulous and the gym was beautiful. Coffee bar was a bit slow in the morning and the bartender wouldn’t accept our son’s vertical California ID despite him turning 22 in a couple of months.
Overall, would definitely stay...
