The carpet was dusty (or at least not cleaned/vacuum cleaned) since the previous customer, nor was it cleaned between our 2 nights stay. What was much worse; in the room there was a stark moldy smell that did not go off even as we kept the windows from both sides of the room open for 2 full days & nights. ”The hotel itself was clean, rooms and toilet room were a good size. Would have been more convenient if the rooms had little fridges in them. Bar and lounge area and the garden were nice areas to sit in. More ice at the bar would have been nicer as well. ”

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is located in a cute small town. There is a good car park and the hotelarea is beautiful. The room was OK size, but could use an update. The pub was nice and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful :)”

”They do not cater for disabled people and we found the staff not helpful.On arrival nobody told you where breakfast was and evening meals were. We had to walk round the road way to get breakfast as my husband finds it difficult to do stairs our room was up a flight of stairs so once he was down he stayed down.I don't understand why there is not a lift.Would not recommend this hotel to my friends.”
