”The room was unacceptable, not private and had high traffic walking past the small window. I asked to be upgraded (discovered later that I was entitled to a vip upgrade that was not honoured). Hotel refused then asked for $80 per night extra to move to a different room. Unacceptably poor customer service and I will never book here again. ”

”The location was unique, being so close to lifts and rental shop. The views were great. The service was great- the staff was so nice. Especially loved the cat ride up the mountain. Would recommend for anyone and worth the extra fee.
My only criticism was the wi-FI. It’s pretty slow and not strong enough to stream. Hope they can upgrade that one soon. ”
