”It was a good resort with great views, but it was a hassle getting up and down the mountain for any activity away from the lodge. The staff overall was pretty clueless and unhelpful. At check-in we were told to go to floor 2 at the elevator but not told that there were 2 elevators in different sections of the lodge. The main section didn’t have a 2nd floor. We had to search for the correct elevator. When we asked if the gift shop was ever open, the front desk told us they weren’t sure when it...

”Perfectly located, beautiful setting!!!
Our cabin was clean and comfortable with cute and very efficient kitchen. Too warm for the fireplace, but it was all set and ready to go if weather turned cooler. Staff was excellent!
Little store had a very nice selection of items!
Highly recommend a stay here!!!!!”

”Fantastic cabins in the mountain that are well maintained.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
If you like to hike, order a togo sandwich the night before, well worth it.
Don't miss dinner, the food is so fresh and flavourful, it was an excellent meal.
Well done and would definately stay again.”

”Very run down property. No air-conditioning, it was very hot when we were there and all they did was provide a fan. This is not like a full service hotel. You have to take out your own trash. I would recommend getting a proper hotel in Canmore.”

”We stayed in a lodge room and it was great. The location of Baker Creek is perfect, it is close to Lake Louise, and Yoho area. I’ve seen other comments about the trains being a concern, while we did hear them during the day we never heard them when sleeping and we kept windows open, this was never an issue. It is a great place.”

”Kaksi yötä Kalliovuorten roadtripillä tässä hotellissa. Parasta oli sijainti, helppo yhteys Moraine Lakelle ja Lake Louiselle, ja hotellin erinomainen ja monipuolinen aamiaisbuffet. Huone oli parhaat päivänsä nähnyt ja sänky melko kapea, mutta hyvin täytti tarkoituksensa.”
