”We loved staying at Johnston Canyon, easiest access possible to the most popular hikes and viewpoints in Banff NP. 20 min to both Lake Louise and Banff. The cabin was great, the beds were comfortable and it stayed plenty warm at night. If you stay here and plan on cooking, bring oil, butter, or something non-stick. None is provided. ”

”Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again.”

”Lovely with pretty, tranquil surroundings.Unit was cozy and comfortable but phad all the essentials for cooking. Enjoyed everything except the sound transfer between units. Would come back but ask for an individual cabin.”
