”I had written one wish to reservation prior to arrival: a non-smoking room is important (kid has astma). Arrived in the evening for 2 nights, and room stank terribly of cigarette smoke. Returned to front desk, explained situation and asked for another room. Not available. Asked for any kind of room. Not possible. Asked for cleaning staff, some spray, anything. Not available. Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...

”Property was clean and majority of staff helpful. Suite contains no microwave, one television for both sides of suite and “nightstand’ was a small portion of wood built into headboard which contained little space. Average stay however.”

”The room was a little dated.”

”The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The main issues my family faced was the noise from people coming in around 2am & talking loudly in the hallway. We were there for an early soccer tournament so our night was often disrupted. We were put on the first floor which I will never accept again. Also through Expedia, we were offered “multiple beds” but in the end it was only a king bed & an uncomfortable sofa bed with a weird trundle bed underneath. I do not plan to use this...

”Friendly staff, great breakfast and easy to access location.”

”We had a mouse in our room. Staff was good and moved us to a new room”

”We stayed one night at the property. Our neighbors were very loud very late at night but after a quick call to the service desk, someone did come up and delt with the loud group. Stad was very helpful. The description of the hotel lists rooms as soundproof - they are definitely not! Hotel looks great over all, very nice and clean lobby. Rooms are clean too but nothing special. Bathrooms are ok. Very convenient location right by the highway. We would stay again”

”I am extremely disappointed with how my son and I were treated during our stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia. What should have been an enjoyable father-and-son trip ended with us being accused of smoking, threatened with a $500 cleaning fee, and banned from the property. I was taking a hot shower while my son was asleep when the hotel’s smoking detection system reportedly registered an alert. Neither of us had smoked in the room. Despite explaining this to staff, we were told that their...

”Muuten kaikki meni oikein hyvin, mutta naapurihuoneessa haukkui koira lähes puoleen yöhön, ja kukaan ei tehnyt asialle mitään.”

”Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video. The front desk blamed Expedia for the reservation issues. We were then charged for an additional room, even though our king suite had a sofa bed that could accommodate us. We returned the extra room key and requested...

”Had a clean and spacious room”

”Hotel near sports arena.”

”My stay wasn't too bad .my only complained is the smell of mold and the visible mold. When I told someone he said he will be painting over it. Eww.”

”Not a fancy hotel but clean and comfortable. I am satisfied with the quality I got for the price. However, if you want to be close to attractions you need a car, or this is not your place.”
