Returned to front desk, explained situation and asked for another room. Not available. Asked for any kind of room. Not possible. Asked for cleaning staff, some spray, anything. Not available. Asked front desk lady to call someone to find spray or cleaning staff or manager or whatever. She said she didn't have any...

Scott the manager on duty on Tuesdays and Wednesdays went out of his way to take care of us.
