”The hot tub on the room balcony was the star of the show of course, it was excellent, as was the breakfast, plenty options and delicious fresh food. The staff were amazing and the extra touches, like the mulled wine at check in (it’s Christmas) really made the experience perfect.
Only negatives I can say are the room was slightly dark and dated, and the public spa area was quite crowded.”

”we had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren in December, the hotel was beautiful and the seasonal decorations where truly spectacular. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was fabulous with a queen size bed as well as bunk beds for the children.
The dining room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean with wonderful views of the lake. Would 100% stay here again. ”

”Had a fantastic stay in the Edelweisse suite for part of our honeymoon tour of the lakes. Room was spotless and awesome. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV!
Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and brought to our room, and was delicious!”

”Lovely rooms, clean. Super king size bed. Shower and separate bath. Staff very nice and helpful. Spar and facilities were fantastic. Easy walking distance to village. Food was also very nice.”
