”We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!”

”My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

”Jenny was a pleasure to deal with. I even received a bottle of wine for my birthday. If you have a boat, be careful with the oysters on the pilings. At low tide they could hit your boat.”

”Property itself was great, its on top of a pizza place (good pizza spot) but you can hear the music from downstairs (only an issue if you dont like music). Only one parking spot so plan ahead - I would book again. Not related to the property but the management company could have been more helpful - we were only staying at the property for one night and we asked for a late check out, never heard back. While we left at the required time, we happen to be grabbing a pizza at 3p when the cleaning...

”We had so much fun and the pool made the trip excellent for my 5 year old grandson. On our last day, we had a fire alarm issues but the maintenance staff was there quickly to fix quicky. Communication was excellent with quick responses.”
