”Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. ”
”Had a lovely stay! Excellent service all around! The hotel shuttle is quick and easy. They took us to dinner in sea pines and to the beach. Loved the service at the beach with nice chairs and umbrellas, bottles of water and waiter/waitress service. ”

”The only complaint I have is the lack of respect that during the night a party was going on in the lobby and was terribly loud, rude, and inconsiderate! We called the lobby to notify them of the noise level. We should have been refunded some of my money because we hardly slept during that night and had to get up for a flight.
The water pressure is slow/light. Also there’s a smell from the trash or sewer outside. ”
”We had a great stay at the Beach House! The room was a perfect size for two and very clean. The pool was nice—though it could use a little extra cleaning—but overall still enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Being right on the beach was such a plus, and we loved that it was within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Definitely would come back!”
