” We stayed for a night. Excellent support from James. In a quiet area and nice and clean room with comfortable bedding. Bathroom a bit small but clean and had all facilities. John Lewis tower fan was so essential for the night as it was hot. Ty James. ”

”A very nice B&B in a peaceful location and a pub is just a walking distance away! There is a court yard within the compound where one can relax. We enjoyed our one night stay here and enjoyed our full English breakfast. Thank you.”

”The staff were very kind and helpful, particularly the lovely lady at breakfast who went above and beyond to make sure my husband who is a coeliac had a safe, cooked breakfast. The cooked breakfast looked delicious and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the continental breakfast which was included in the room price. A £7.50 extra charge was paid for the cooked breakfast which was great value. The room was basic and a little tired and in need of an upgrade but the bed was very comfortable....

”The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door”

”Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. ”

”Fabulous stay. Lovely, spacious, spotless twin room with very clean, modern en suite. Everywhere is extremely clean and very well maintained. Plenty of parking and a fantastic outside area for sunny days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Generous meal portions and absolutely delicious! We joined in the quiz night and were even greeted warmly (and helped!) by the locals. We will definitely be staying again!”

”Stayed 2 nights visiting family. Ate breakfast and evening meals each day of our stay. Beds so comfortable, air con worked well, quiet room. Restaurant was excellent, food very reasonably priced, served up quickly by very very friendly staff. The Manager and Bar Manager were fantastic a credit to Marston’s. All the waiters and waitresses were amazing. Will definitely return.”

”Stayed here for one night. Was given the Honeymoon Suite which was amusing. Room was in roof of the hotel and was unbelievably hot, even with velux windows open. Was given 2 fans which didnt give out any airflow even though they were on full speed. Massive bath but nothing to put in it with the water. Room cooled down by about 2am. I'm sorry but breakfast was awful (scrambled egg that was white and sausages that were rubber). Bed was comfortable enough and staff were cheerful and helpful.”

”The room in which we were to stay was the St Petersburg room. The room smelt of dust and that was going to be the least of our worries. We sat on the bed and immediately the bed squeaked and the frame moved. Getting off the bed was another story as the mattress was below the steel frame so you literally had to climb out over it. The frame of the bed which was a 4 poster style bed rocked on any movement. After spending 20 minutes in the room we decided not to risk the bed collapsing and chose to...

”I stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. Checked in after 9pm and out at 5am. There was air con and it was lovely. The room is nice with a double and single bed which were clean and comfortable. The bathroom let it down as it needs some modernising, but was ok”
