”Lovely hotel but after going into our room at 10pm after a festival I got changed for bed . Used the bathroom went to wash my hands and the hot water tap was broken. No hot water - no water even out the tap. Only cold water which is no good. Too tierd to move rooms. Told reception on checkout but no compensation or discounted next staff or offer of breakfast - absolutely nothing. Poor really. I said you need to get it fixed for the next guests. ”Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house. Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good. Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes. Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities. Would certainly return.”

”The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade.
