”Air conditioning works great. Staff did minimal work. The whole place smells like cigarettes. It was so hard trying to find the luggage carts. The staff is also very Kurt on the phone when calling the front desk. For example, I was asking for two things after I asked for the first thing they hung up on me.”

”There in a 250 dollar deposit on the room. Most places I've stayed have been only 100 dollars. I was disappointed in the amount of this hold. Because I couldn't use the money for my upcoming trip. And I wasn't told about in advance.”

”The room was not up to code. When we made it to our room door it was open. The carpet was old and ripped. Furniture was old with loose knobs. Scratched up wood. The carpet needed to be cleaned because there was something sticky on the carpet. I requested that but it did not get done. Due to the FIFA all hotels were booked so we couldn’t find a different room location. Requested a different room at the hotel but none were available.”

”Staff were excellent, efficient, got into the room well before designated check in time. Shuttle to mall was perfect for World Cup game at met life stadium.”

”Check in at 3 but didnt have room until 4 Went in room and floor(carpet) was soaked from ac or shampooing. Bathroom toilet had pee in it The hotel convience store was closed and could not get anything. This was weekend of a concert and world cup so no reason for it to be closed or understaffed. Location was amazing to NJ Performing Arts Center. Parking is limited.”

”It was well organised how to get into the game, The breakfast was good and people in the hotel very nice only minus at the hotel was that in the badruum everything was shaking You really need the plumber to fix it as soon as possible”

”Für eine Nacht als Notlösung war das Hotel in Ordnung, insgesamt hat es mich jedoch nicht überzeugt. Bereits der Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel ließ sehr lange auf sich warten, was nach der Anreise unnötig frustrierend war. Mein erstes Zimmer musste ich wechseln, da es extrem nach Rauch roch und für mich nicht bewohnbar war. Im Ersatzzimmer war die USB-Ladestation auf einer Bettseite defekt. Außerdem war der Abfluss der Badewanne fast verstopft, sodass das Wasser nur sehr langsam...

”Upon checking in the concierge was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean and breakfast and other amenities were extremely good. 24 hours fresh coffee and popcorn was great. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go stay there, I can’t wait for my next booking trip there.”
