”My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Burbank Downtown during our recent trip to Los Angeles.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to Universal, restaurants, and shopping areas. We especially appreciated the spacious room, which felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus and made our stay even more convenient.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist...

”It was a pain to park, especially when obvious employees of the restaurant park in our spot to go to the restaurant, almost every day, we had to park on the other side of the hotel. The TV was completely useless, we couldn’t get any channels at all. The inside of the room was decent, I’ll give it that. But it was disappointing”

”The property looks like had been renovated before but lots of things still look outdated and not modernize. One thing very important is they should provide a non slip mat in the bath tub because it is very slippery when wet. I almost slip and fell when I took a shower. Also, a shower head is missing. There was also no plugs near the bed for phone charging. Air conditioning pretty noisy also. But overall, it was a good stay to have some rest.”
